Lemon balm extract 4:1 (Melissa officinalis) (leaf) 150 mg
Pharma GABATM 80 gamma-aminobutyric acid 50 mg
(from 62.5 mg Pharma GABATM 80 Complex)

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 2 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
